Kevin Still has spent more than 30 years in financial services and debt-advice innovation. He has held senior roles in the debt-collection and credit-management industries and is recognised for promoting ethical practice, transparency, and collaboration between creditors and advice providers.

Natalie Kerr has over 25 years of experience in financial services and risk management. She has held senior roles focused on consumer protection, operational strategy, and vulnerable-customer policy. As Chair, Natalie provides independent oversight and ensures that the Advisory Board maintains its focus on fairness, transparency, and measurable social impact.

Lex Jones leads Registry Trust, the UK’s official register of court judgments, orders, and fines. She brings extensive knowledge of financial resilience, data sharing, and consumer credit. Lex supports VRS in aligning responsible data use with fair-outcome frameworks that protect individuals in vulnerable circumstances.

Jane Eckford has an extensive career in senior public-sector leadership, specialising in governance, transformation, and organisational change. She advises on cross-sector collaboration and ensures that VRS continues to embed public-interest principles at the heart of its strategy.

As Chief Executive Officer and spokesperson for the Vulnerability Registration Service (VRS), she is a strong advocate for collaborative working across businesses to ensure that vulnerable customers receive appropriate, tailored support.
Helen champions the VRS as a platform that empowers consumers to share information about both financial and non-financial vulnerabilities, helping organisations to better understand their needs and provide a clear pathway to appropriate support and assistance.

is a distinguished leader in the fields of customer credit and collections, bringing over four decades of expertise to his role. Nigel has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in asset recovery, dispute resolution, and the establishment of offshore collection operations. His career is marked by numerous significant accomplishments, such as designing and implementing comprehensive collections and recovery policies that adhere to industry standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. His deep commitment to supporting vulnerable customers has been instrumental in developing and refining processes that provide them with effective and compassionate care.

Focuses on privacy laws, data protection practices, and overseeing compliance with regulations. Bruce is a credit professional with extensive operational experience in consumer and motor finance in the UK and overseas. His most recent areas of expertise involve providing consultancy in the credit reference and systems software industries, and latterly, as a founding member and director of the Vulnerability Registration Service.

Responsible for managing a company's operations and ensuring financial performance. Tony is one of the founding directors of the VRS and has over 40 years experience in Financial Services including 20 years in senior positions in Experian and over 10 years working for Corelogic/Teletrack to establish a real-time shared payment performance database for the High-Cost Short Term Credit Market. With this background Tony is a strong supporter of data sharing to benefit vulnerable consumers to ensure they are treated appropriately and is involved in discussions with Lenders and Service Providers to encourage the wider reciprocal sharing of data.

Has extensive experience in marketing and communications across regulated organisations for 30 years. Simon is the VRS’s main point of contact for clients and consumers.
